Icon of the Seas: Royal Promenade 360º Tour (8K 360)

The 360 Video Tour allows the viewer to control where they look. Walking through areas with still clips from some venues embedded in you can move around to look 360º by clicking and dragging on your computer or moving your phone/tablet around in the air. For the best experience even view it on a VR headset for a truly immersive tour. The Icon of the Seas' deck 5, and for the first time deck 6, is home to the Royal Promenade. This massive area that encompasses the majority of the decks was introduced with the Voyager of the Seas in 1999 and expanded to unseen dimensions with the Oasis of the Seas. On the Icon of the Seas it actually got slightly smaller overall, but picked up multiple improvements that allow it to both feel bigger and be more effective with the space that it has. By using two decks passenger flow can be divided over two levels decreasing the crowding and increasing overall flow through this ship. This is further enhanced by stairs allowing direct access to both Central Park and Surfside. In addition to that an escalator in the middle brings guests down to the Casino Royale on deck 4 and even down to the gangway to improve flow. The Royal Promenade since its first introduction has always been the heart of every ship that features it. With the Icon of the Seas it features the entertainment venues of Spotlight Karaoke, Bolero's, Schooner Bar, Point & Feather, and the brand new Dueling Pianos bar. For those looking for a snack both Sorrento's Pizzeria and the brand new elevated version of the Promenade Cafe, the Pearl Cafe are located here. This new Royal Promenade design exists on all of the Icon class ships including Icon of the Seas, Star of the Seas, & Legend of the Seas.
