Tour our huge suite aboard Virgin Voyages Resilient Lady. This 4k tour will take you through everything that makes this cabin so special. The best part is the HUGE wraparound balcony with a hammock! Cheeky Corner Suite number 10-011z was our home on a recent 5 day cruise. This suite was part of what Virgin Voyages calls the Rock Star experience. With this suite comes some awesome perks. First off, you get priority embarkation on the first day. There is no need to stand in line or wait for a boarding time. Just show your special black wearable and you're whisked to the front of the line and onto the ship. You also have an assigned Rock Star Agent to attend to all your needs during the cruise such as dining and show reservations. Our agent, Frank, was always just a quick phone call or instant message away. Lets talk about the suite itself. What a comfortable and well appointed cabin. For two people, there was more than enough space so stretch out and relax. Whether it was on the king-size bed, inside or outside couch, lounge chair or hammock, there was always somewhere to sit. There was a large closet by the front entry that held all our hanging clothes as well as a couple backpacks and several pairs of shoes. A second smaller closet contained two baskets for small loose items, four drawers, and a medium sized safe. Just in from the closets was a small vanity with several drawers one of which contained a hair dryer. There was also a full length mirror with lights on both sides. Across from the vanity was the king-size bed. Unlike most cruise beds, this king did not convert into two twins. That means there was no hump or gap in the middle of the bed. A big plus for us. On either side of the bed was an end table with storage and power outlets (2 usb & 1 North American). Great for charging your personal devices at night as well as for those with CPAP machines. We found the bed to be quite comfortable. Just to the side of the bed was a fully stocked bar. Everything on the bar and in the small refrigerator was included with the cabin. There were several different liquors, wines, beer, and mixers. All of the necessary hardware and glassware was included also. We were especially pleased with the bottle of water that was refilled for us daily along with fresh ice. Sitting by the bar was a record player with an assortment of music and a pair of Bose speakers. Perfect for those late night cocktail parties. This cabin is an adjoining cabin. So you have friends or family next door freeman open the adjoining door and increase the party space. Everyone will be coming to visit purely to see the gigantic balcony that is definitely the highlight of this suite. There is seating for atleast eight people with plenty of standing room left over. You can gaze out at the aft view fom the ship. One drawback to this location is the occasional loud music fom the Dock House a few decks below. Infact the music can be heard in the background during this video. All the outside footage was too loud to use any of the actual audio. The music was usually finished by 8pm incase there were some people with early bed times (like us). Back to the cabin. One hot button topic was the bathroom. The bathroom door is a sliding glass door with a colored tint on it. This means it is see-through. Thankfully you can not be seen from the outside while sitting on the toilet. However you may be visible to others while in the shower. Also, if you get up to use the toilet at night, the light may bother others in the suite. By far the best part of the bathroom is the shower stall. It comes equipt with a very large rain-fall shower head built into the ceiling. There is also a wand for those hard to reach spots. You will also find large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Hanging in the bathroom is a pair of bathrobes for those lazy days lounging on the balcony. There are also slippers under the sink. Having cruised 15 times, we can easily say this was the nicest cruise cabin we have ever stayed in. The balcony alone was worth the premium price, let alone all the other perks that come with it. We hope you enjoy the inside look at this unique space. Thank you for watching.
