Isla Tropicale Roatan - Stay at the Port or Explore the Island?

Isla Tropicale in Roatan, Honduras, formerly known as Mahogany Bay, has a new name and some major new additions. In this complete Roatan cruise port guide, we tour the main port area, visit the free Isla Tropicale Beach, and show you the new Mangrove Bay pool and swim up bar. We will show you what you can do for free, what costs extra, how to reach the beach, current chairlift information, where to find free loungers, and what you need to know about the daybeds, beach packages, and private cabanas. You will also see what is available in the main Isla Tropicale cruise port, including shopping, restaurants, bars, local vendors, transportation, and excursion meeting areas. We also explain where to meet your guide if you booked an independent Roatan excursion instead of booking through the cruise line.
