Kona, Hawaii--Arriving and Departing on the Pride of America--Timelapse

This is a timelapse of sailing to and from Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii aboard the Pride of America on June 25, 2025. Kona is a tender port, which means we docked some distance away from land and the lifeboats were used to ferry passengers to the port and back. Our side of the ship faced the ocean. We sailed in stateroom 13502 which was the front port side. Pride of America is a Norwegian Cruise Line ship that sails weekly cruises around the Hawaiian Islands. It begins and ends in Honolulu.
