Korean Air Business Class 777

Key Moments
Editorial Summary
Jeb Brooks reviews the Korean Air business class experience on a flight from Guam to Seoul. The journey begins with a critique of the Sagen Pacita lounge, which the creator describes as disappointing due to poor food and cleanliness. During boarding, he notes the chaotic environment caused by many families traveling with strollers. The business class cabin features a 2-3-2 seat configuration, which the creator identifies as the Prestige Sleeper seat. While he finds the seat comfortable and well-equipped with power outlets, he notes that the configuration is less ideal than other layouts. The in-flight entertainment system is described as clunky, leading the creator to use his own iPad for media. Dining highlights include a gin and tonic and the bibimbap, which he praises as a standout meal. The flight concludes with a subjective scoring system called the Jeb's score, evaluating the lounge, seat, entertainment, food, and service. He awards the flight a total of 15 out of 25 stars, noting that while the food and service effort were strong, the lounge and seat configuration lowered the overall rating.

Creator's Key Takeaways
hello jet-setters I'm Jeb Brooks with greener grass calm right now i'm in guam I need to make my way over to Seoul South Korea the best way I know to do that is with Korean in their business class
the lounge it was pretty bad I've visited the United Club in Guam and it's quite nice you can tell this airport is a Star Alliance stronghold two stars
the crew struggled with English and in a way I understand I was the only Westerner I saw in the flight but Guam is a u.s. territory so it would have been nice to have an easier means of communication with them but they were certainly friendly and eager to help
