A very rare guest arrived in Turku when the Le Champlain cruise ship arrived in the port of Turku on April 3, 2022. Ponant's Le Champlain stayed in the port of Turku for only a few hours, after which he headed for Helsinki. The innovative and beautifully streamlined Le Champlain was completed in 2018. The ship is named after French explorer Samuel de Champlain. The luxury exploration yacht in the Ponant Explorers class is 131 meters long and can accommodate about 180 passengers.
