Leaving Icon of the Seas… But We Went to Disney Instead?! 🛳️➡️🎢 Disembarkation Day Vlog

This is the final vlog in our Icon of the Seas cruise series, and it’s all about disembarkation day — but instead of heading straight home, we turned it into a full extra travel day. We didn’t film much onboard this morning because, realistically, cruise disembarkation day is all about getting off the ship and transitioning back to reality. After an incredible sailing on Icon of the Seas, it was time to wrap things up… or so we thought. 🛳️ Disembarkation Day – Leaving the Ship We went through the typical Royal Caribbean disembarkation process, grabbed our luggage, and made our way off the world’s largest cruise ship. Always a bittersweet moment — tired, but already wishing you had one more sea day. 🍳 Post-Cruise Breakfast Tradition First stop: Cracker Barrel. This has become a tradition, and it did not disappoint. I went with my go-to: 🥞 Pecan pancakes 🍳 Eggs 🥓 Bacon Simple, classic, and exactly what you want after a cruise. 🎢 We Went to Disney Instead of Going Home Instead of ending the trip, we kept it going and headed to Disney's Hollywood Studios. We spent the day taking it easy, exploring the park, trying a few different things, and hopping on a ride or two. Nothing overplanned — just enjoying the day and stretching the vacation a little longer. While we were there, we picked up: Hidden Mickey pins Disney mystery pin packs And opened them on camera to see what we got — always a gamble, always fun. 🛍️ Quick Stop at Disney Character Warehouse We also made a stop at the Disney Character Warehouse, where Brittany found some great deals — especially on post-holiday Christmas items. Since it was January, everything was heavily discounted, which made it worth the quick visit. ⚓ Wrapping Up the Trip This was a long, exhausting day — but one of those days where you just keep going because you don’t want the trip to end. From cruise disembarkation to comfort food, to a full Disney park day and outlet stop, this was the perfect way to close out our Icon of the Seas vacation.
