Visiting Havre Saint Pierre in Canada. An absolutely gorgeous day in Havre-Saint-Pierre today! Bright sunshine and crisp cold winds – the perfect weather to explore this lovely, quiet and peaceful town on Quebec’s north shore. I’m visiting on board Azamara Quest, currently sailing Canada and the US from Montréal to New York City. Havre-Saint-Pierre, home to just over 3,000 people, sits along Quebec’s famous Whale Route, known for incredible whale watching. It’s also the gateway to the stunning Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve, with its dramatic limestone monoliths and rich marine life.
