Not all Roatan cruise stops are the same — and today I’m in Mahogany Bay, which is very different from docking in Coxen Hole. This is a great example of how the port your cruise line uses can completely change your day. 🌴🚢 Mahogany Bay is the private cruise port used by Carnival Corporation ships, and it’s designed so you can enjoy the day without even leaving the port area if you don’t want to. In my video you’ll see the shopping area right off the ship, which has a totally different feel compared to Coxen Hole. From here you can walk to the beach, take the chair lift over the water, explore the nature trail, or just relax for the day. There are beach chairs, hammocks, places to play volleyball or cornhole, and plenty of spots to sit with a drink and even play cards while enjoying the ocean view. Some days, doing less is exactly the right excursion. ☀️ This is why choosing the right cruise line, right ship, and even the right port location matters more than most people realize.
