Kotor is often touted as the best sail in / sail away in the Mediterranean. It really doesn’t disappoint and it’s akin to a Norwegian Fjord. There are plenty of activities on the Fjord itself but you’ll need good weather to enjoy these. The town is a smaller walled town and is easy to explore. Lots of lovely bars, shops and cafes . If you are fit enough the 280m climb up to the Fortress of St John is really worth and provides spectacular views down the Fjord.
