Jeannette started as a youth staff member onboard — today, she’s the Director of Adventure Ocean, Family & Sport Operations, leading with the same heart and energy that inspired her on her first day at sea. She’s not just a leader — she’s a legacy builder, mentoring many who also began their journeys onboard and now bring their creativity and care shoreside.
