We visited during the 2nd week of their re-opening as they have been closed during the virus outbreak. New rules in place are that you need a reservation for a specific time-frame to enter the gardens, you must wear a face mask, must practice social-distancing , and the park is setup now with one-way path around the garden. We found the setup perfect and it felt very safe! Kudos to the Missouri Botanical Garden for making the park feel safe! To cap the day we had lunch at Sassafras and enjoyed a veggie wrap and The Hill sandwich! Outdoor seating was easy and safe, there were no tables near us! :-) We loved our visit there, particularly the Japanese Garden, Tulip Garden, Day Lily Garden and Rose Gardens! This park is a must-visit!
