More Cruise Changes as Tropical Storm Dorian gets Stronger. It was suppose to slow dawn before the Florida Coast but someone forgot to tell Tropical Storm Dorian. Instead of 70 MPH winds they now say it will be 120 + MPH winds. Now More cruise ships are changing course and even Disney is preparing just in case.
