MSC's Italian cruise ships the Grandiosa and Deliziosa are paving the way for Cruise ships to return to sailing. Currently cruising in Italy has gone without any mishaps...with the exception of one family breaking from the protective 'bubble' while on a shore excursion. With Covid-19 protocols in place and strick regulations these cruise ships have sailed successfully. Working with the CDC in America other cruise lines are following their lead and hoping to be able to begin sailing in North America. Game changer might be the new Abbott Covid test kit created in the US that will give results of the virus in about 15 minutes. Passengers and Crew will be able to be tested prior to boarding and then while onboard to insure the safety for all. This test has been approved by the FDA and might be available in a few months for about $5. Easy to get and easy to use. Let's hope that the success of these two ships continue! We are ALL COUNTING ON YOU!
