YouTube Video Descriptionβ
A very busy day in Southampton Docks on Sunday 13th May 2018 with four large cruise ships in port including the first time UK meet for P&O Cruises' "Britannia" and Princess Cruises' "Royal Princess" as well as the first time UK meet for Royal Caribbean International's "Navigator of the Seas" with freshly refurbished "Independence of the Seas". The ships departed in the following order... - "Navigator of the Seas" at 16:41pm from the City Cruise Terminal heading off on a 14-night cruise to the Mediterranean. - "Independence of the Seas" at 17:01pm from the Mayflower Cruise Terminal heading off on a 2-night Channel Cruise. - "Royal Princess" at 17:53pm from the Queen Elizabeth II Cruise Terminal heading off on a 12-night cruise around the British Isles. Unfortunately "Britannia" was delayed and due to the Sunday Bus service I had to leave before she did. Viewed from Hythe Marina Village.
