Most dishes hit the 4-star "pretty good" tier, but we discovered some exceptional 5-star standouts you cannot miss—including the Butter Chicken, Grilled Filet Mignon, and the very rich Madeira-braised Short Ribs. For my fellow health-conscious cruisers keeping an eye on clean eating, you'll be thrilled by Carnival's expanded "no added sugar" dessert lineup. I've reviewed several of these guilt-free options, like the 5-star Key Lime Pie, Cappuccino Creme De Pot, and the Double Chocolate Pavé.
