Norse Atlantic Flight DRAMA. P&O lied to our faces! What a shame to end a fabulous cruise this way 🤷

Creator's Key Takeaways

They looked us in the eye in the theater and they lied. They said, 'Don't worry, we've charted another flight. You're going to be leaving at the same time.'

We saw that the flight coming out had a 5-hour delay and we questioned this with PO in the theater and they told us, 'Don't worry, we've chartered another plane for you.'

It's good that we got the voucher for the food. We're really appreciative for that. But we have a baby with us.

YouTube Video Description

FULL VLOG SERIES COMING SOON! We’ve just come off a fantastic P&O cruise, but sadly the experience ended on a very sour note. We were due to fly home from Barbados (Grantley Adams Airport) to Manchester with Norse Atlantic Airlines. Before disembarking, we noticed our inbound aircraft from Manchester was showing a five-hour delay. We raised this concern with staff onboard and were explicitly told another aircraft had been chartered and that our departure time would not be affected. This turned out not to be true. We were rushed off the ship, taken to the airport, and are now stuck in Barbados Airport for hours with a two-year-old child. Instead of being kept onboard where we could have rested comfortably, we were left sitting airside with minimal information. We’ve been given $50 Bajan dollar food vouchers, which doesn’t make up for the situation or the misinformation we were given. This isn’t about the delay itself ...delays happen. It’s about being misled and put in a far worse position unnecessarily.
