Norwegian Cruise Passengers Demand Refund. There was plenty of yelling and complaints on the cruise ship Norwegian Spirit this week as the Cruise missed numerous ports. Passengers began complaining and booing cruise staff with claims of Bad food, broken bathrooms, and missing most of the cruises ports of call. The Norwegian Spirit passengers want a full refund.
