Harvest Caye is a private destination in Belize for NCL cruise guests, and today, the fourth day of our Norwegian Prima cruise, was our first visit there. The weather held beautifully, we explored the port, took a boat ride to see manatees (and drink rum), and tried some of the dining options on the island. Back onboard we finally got to try out one of the infinity pools on Norwegian Prima, saw a show with beat-boxing, tap-dancing,and singing, and oh yeah, RACED GO-KARTS ON A SHIP!
