The Windjammer Buffet on Oasis of the Seas had the most amazing assortments of great dishes for dinner, lunch and breakfast. The Indian Cuisine Dinner on March 8 was no exception. I had the privilege of interviewing the Oasis of the Seas Head Chef Samuel. Sammy is a very nice, generous, pleasant gentleman who "NEVER SAYS NO TO A GUEST". He provides or make sure every guest has what they might ask for. Truly remarkable 5 ***** STAR service every day!
