Ocean Royalty departing from Southampton - 12/10/2021

A trip down to the Town Quay in Southampton to watch the departures of two Cruise Ships with Royalty in their names on Tuesday 12th October 2021. First to depart was CUNARD's "Queen Mary 2" which has recently returned following an extensive refit. She left the Mayflower Cruise Terminal around 6pm before heading off to one of the coastal anchorages. She was followed by Princess Cruises' "Regal Princess" from the Ocean Cruise Terminal around 6:45pm as she headed out on a cruise to Spain and Portugal. Both ships saluted each other as "Queen Mary 2" passed "Regal Princess".
