Oldest & Youngest at the Eastleigh Lakeside Railway - 22/03/2025

The oldest and youngest Steam Locomotives came out to play on the Eastleigh Lakeside Railway on Saturday 22nd March 2025. First up we have the 1932-built 1000-class 'Bullock' 4-6-2 No.1001 "The Monarch" on one service and the 2016-built SR rebuilt 'Merchant Navy'-class 4-6-2 No.35004 "Cunard White Star" on the other.
