I got the chance to spend the afternoon with two of P&O Cruises Food Hero’s Jose Pizarro and Olly Smith . Jose Pizarro will be serving up an incredible Tapas menu in the Glass House and in Olive Grove in Celebration night whilst Olly Smith will be pairing the perfect wines! I gave Olly Smith a snail in reference to my favourite wine on P&O Cruises Iona called The Holy Snail. A wonderful Sauvignon Blanc. P&O Cruises brand new ship Arvia sailed into Southampton ahead of her maiden voyage. P&O Cruises Arvia is the 2nd Excel Class of ship after her sister Iona and will be sailing around the Caribbean in the Winter months and sailing the Mediterranean in the summer months.
