We do our best to make the most of an unpleasant situation, and disembark the ship to explore Manhattan. We pass the Intrepid Museum on our way to New York's infamous Hell's Kitchen neighborhood in the rain. We stop to marvel at Time's Square before settling in for an amazing cozy lunch at Carnegie Diner & Cafe, just across from the iconic Carnegie Hall. Back onboard the Getaway, we dine at Le Bistro French premium dining restaurant, take in the comic at Headliners Comedy Club and the musical Bring Back the 90's production show at The Getaway Theater, before calling it a night.
