Day 13 was the first of four sea days of our Island Princess Iceland and Greenland cruise as we made our way back to Southampton, United Kingdom. In this video we cover the events that took place and give you some hints and tips on how to create the perfect minibar! The day started off badly as we had lost an hour and we missed breakfast. We headed straight to the Bordeaux Restaurant for Lunch. We spent the day exploring the ship and making most of the entertainment onboard. This included quizzes, bingo, talks and musical performances throughout the ship. In the evening, we had a great meal in the main dining room and after wards we made our way to the Explorers Lounge to experience an epic Princess gameshow. In the Princess Theatre Mike Sealy did his second comedy show and we ended the night back in Explorers Lounge being entertained by the wonderful bar team. It belongs to the Coral-class of ships and has been a popular choice for travellers seeking a cruise experience with a balance of comfort and luxury. Princess Cruises, in general, is known for offering a range of amenities and services to make passengers' experiences enjoyable. The ship offers various entertainment options, including live performances, musicals, and themed events. Island Princess provides a variety of cabins and suites to cater to different preferences and budgets. We are Tom and Dom and we experienced our first cruise on the MSC Virtuosa during her UK staycation cruises in 2021. We are relatively new to cruising, however we can now say we are officially hooked. Our mission is provide a fair and balanced review of our travels. We look at the types of food that is available onboard, from main dining rooms, room service, buffets and pool side snacks. We include menus for each of cruises so that we can share the selection of drinks and meals that are available. Entertainment onboard a cruise ship is important to us and we enjoy theatre production shows, live music, quizzes and game shows. We love to explore different ports and destinations and enjoy sharing tips and tricks so that you can make the most of each port. We often explore ports independently but also book excursions that are interesting to us.
