Ovation of the Seas: Main Dining Rooms Tour

When the Quantum Class was introduced it brought with it a new style of dining known as Dynamic Dining. With this new concept a new design for the main dining room was required. Gone was the large dining room spanning 3 decks and in it's place was a set of four uniquely themed dining rooms. Each one themed around a different style of food to create four specialty dining style complimentary venues for guests to rotate through each night of the sailing. This new concept led to additional work for the guests and confusion causing it to eventually be abandoned. The four unique venues remain, but they now operate as a single main dining room offering a different menu each night, but the same in each venue. On deck 3 The Grande and Chic are utilized for traditional dining with two seatings. On deck 4 American Icon Grill and Silk are used for My Time Dining allowing guests to make reservations and eat at the time of their choosing each night.
