Ovation of the Seas: Royal Esplanade Tour

In 1999 Royal Caribbean introduced a first of it's kind feature with the Royal Promenade on the Voyager of the Seas. This new four level space created a large passageway on deck 5 that traveled through the middle of the ship connecting the forward atrium to the aft atrium. With the launch of the Quantum of the Seas in 2014 this concept was transformed into the Royal Esplanade. This new two level take on the venue features a large square on deck 4 where events can take place near the aft atrium with a winding hallway to the forward atrium. The Royal Promenade was a single large hallway and event space on deck 5, and the Royal Esplanade is similar on deck 4 of the Quantum Class. In addition to that though, the Royal Esplanade features a second passageway on deck 5 that travels through several venues including the Bionic Bar, the first robotic bar at sea, as well as the classic Schooner Bar.
