What to pack on a cruise. 5 Things to consider packing. Hey cruisers its Sheri with a cruise tips tv "quick tips" packing spot. We're going to show you 5 small things we pack on every cruise that make a big difference. When I was a newbie cruiser, I wish someone would have told me about this little secret- Magnets!! until our 10th cruise we had no idea that some of the walls in cruise cabins are magnetic. Now that we know about this, we love to post maps, itineraries and cruise schedules on the walls in our stateroom. You could even pack a small, lightweight magnetic white board to leave notes for friends or cabin stewards. Ever wake up at 6 am on a vacation because your curtains were letting in an annoying sliver of light? Here's your solution friends...clothespins! 2 of these bad boys should have your Curtains fastened properly and have YOU sleeping like a baby. If you're anything like me, you like to wander the ship hands-free. But you always need your room key with you right? We like to use a Lanyard for storing our cruise cards- I prefer one with a zippered pocket to store a few extra items like hand sanitizing wipes and Chapstick. How about Travel binoculars, hey, you never know when whales, bears or a pirate ship might appear off the starboard decks! don't forget these. Last but certainly not least, if you're a coffee or tea junkie like me, consider making room in your bag for a Travel coffee mug- I don't know about you but I've never been on a cruise ship that has room service fast enough to get coffee to my room when I wake up. this comes in handy when you want to run to the espresso shop or lido deck coffee machine in a hurry. We hope you've enjoyed these quick tips. until next time we'll see u on the High seas.
