In February 2024 we travelled onboard P&O Cruises largest and newest ship, Arvia. We flew out to join her in Antigua with P&O's controversial partner airline, Maleth Aero. We then spent 7 nights onboard cruising around the Caribbean islands of Antigua, St Kitts, Martinique, St Lucia and Barbados. In this first video of the series we fly into Antigua from Gatwick airport and experience Maleth Aero for the first time. We catch some glimpses of Antigua and familiarise ourselves with Arvia. For our first dinner onboard we enjoyed a meal in speciality Beach House restaurant. We enjoyed some onboard entertainment in The SkyDome and The Club House before heading off to bed. MS Arvia is an Excellence-class cruise ship in service for P&O Cruises a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation & plc. She was delivered on 9 December 2022 to P&O Cruises. At about 184,700 gross tonnage Arvia is the largest ship to be commissioned for the British cruise market.
