P&O Cruises 'Azura' & 'Britannia' Horn Battle Southampton Docks 06/04/18

Today in the Port of Southampton 06/04/2018 were two P&O Cruise Ships the 'Azura' & 'Britannia', however there were delays on both of their departures from their cruise termials due to the fact that there was a complete computer meltdown effecting the electronic tills, booking in passengers etc and amongst other things which had affected the whole fleet. The 'Azura' departed from the Mayflower Cruise Terminal at 18:05pm just over an hour later than scheduled due to the computers failure. This current cruise is a 7 Night Spain, Portugal & France, cruising to Vigo, Lisbon, Porto and finally Cherbourg before arriving back in Southampton on the 13th April 2018. As 'Azura' was just passing the Town Quay from where I was filming from there was a horn battle between 'Azura' & 'Britannia', 'Azura' began the battle and 'Britannia' which is in the Ocean Cruise Terminal returned with her horn rendition and had the last say as 'Azura' passed by. Due to the computer meltdown affecting the whole P&O Cruise Fleet 'Britannia' which was due to depart at 18:00pm did not leave until much later at 22:00pm after she got all her problems sorted out which was 4 hours later than planned for but I did not stay to watch her leave instead I only waited until 20:30pm before going home. This current 'Britannia' cruise is a short trip to Zeebrugge in Belgium and she is due to arrive back in Southampton on the 8th April 2018.
