Join us while we celebrate our 1st year anniversary and reach the milestone of 1000 subscribers. We talk about how we got our start and how we thought things were going to be. In this video we discuss how we got the 1000 subscribers on YouTube by participating in the YouTube community and supporting other channels. Networking and establishing relationships with other creators were a major factor in reaching the milestone. It gave us a chance to see what others were up to and how each one has their own unique style and personal touch when it comes to sharing content on YouTube. That unique style and flair that everyone has was inspiration for our own content. We would watch other videos and appreciate the editing, humor, stories, music and anecdotes that we would incorporate into our content. This doesn't mean that we copied but were rather inspired by the style and used that as a way to share our experiences and express our personal touch.
