Quantum Class: Two70 Sights and Sounds (Quantum, Anthem, and Ovation around the world!)
YouTube Video Descriptionβ
When the Quantum of the Seas set sail in November of 2014 it introduces many revolutionary firsts, the largest of which was Two70. Created as a first of it's kind entertainment venue it was like nothing attempted at sea or land requiring a physical change to the structure of the ship's aft. This unique space features massive windows offering 270 degrees of views out to sea during the day. Shades can be lowered to enable the projection of videos onto the massive surfaces allowing the venue to transform into anything you can imagine. Along with the massive projections known as VistaRamas they have a set of 6 robots on a massive beam that can be lowered and raised into the venue. Each robot holds a massive 4K tv that can be rotated and moved in any direction. Together these robots are programmed to perform elaborate displays of visual wonder, often involving augmented reality through the use of perspectives. With each ship launch of the Quantum class new elements are created to push Two70 to new heights. As the Quantum Class grew to include the Anthem of the Seas, Ovation of the Seas, Spectrum of the Seas, and soon the Odyssey of the Seas the Two70 venue continued to spread around the world. It's massive window are able to take guests anywhere in the universe by night, but during the day they offer actual views over some of the most scenic sights. From the snow of Hubbard Glacier in Alaska to the beaches of CocoCay the massive windows allow guests to relax in comfort while taking in the sights. This video offers a chance to see just how diverse and beautiful the views from Two70 can be.
