Welcome to Skagway! Skagway, Alaska was one of our favorite stops on our Alaska cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas! In this video, we take you along for our full day in port, starting with the famous Klondike Doughboy, followed by an unforgettable ride on the historic White Pass & Yukon Route Railway. In this port, we have planned the White Pass Scenic Railway excursion from Royal Caribbean! After the train excursion, we stretched our legs with a scenic hike near the Skagway airport before heading back to the ship. Once onboard, we caught the evening’s headliner act, a hilarious comedic juggler, and capped off the night with a relaxing dinner at the Solarium Bistro. This port day had a perfect mix of history, scenery, and fun.
