This is a virtual travel guide for Downtown Reno Nevada and was done in October of 2021. Reno offers a lot in terms of tourism and even for its local residents. Located just outside of the world famous Lake Tahoe, Reno is the largest city in the region located to the east of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The city itself was incorporated in 1901 and has a population of around 450,000 people in the metropolitan area including Sparks. In this Reno Travel guide we walk about and down the main strip in Reno called Virginia Street, check out Midtown Reno then finish up at the hotel casino call the Peppermill. I did not get down to the Atlantis Hotel this time around but I did check out the El Dorado and the Silver Legacy hotel.
