All drink packages on Royal Caribbean are priced per person, per day for the duration of the cruise. Prices for the drink packages on Royal Caribbean ships vary considerably; although, the packages are often less expensive if you purchase them pre-cruise on the cruise planner. Deciding whether the Royal Caribbean Drink Package is worth it does depend on how much you pay for the package of course. So, we recommend purchasing before your sailing, especially if there is a sale or promotion. All individuals in the cabin must purchase a beverage package. Royal Caribbean drink packages can be redeemed at all onboard complimentary restaurants, specialty restaurants, and bars and lounges. The program also works for included beverages at the companyβs private islands of Perfect Day at CocoCay and Labadee, Haiti. The packages are unlimited, but do consume responsibly, as crew have the right to refuse you service if you appear intoxicated. Is the drink package worth it? ------ ROYAL CARIBBEAN DELUXE DRINK PACKAGE------ The only Royal Caribbean alcohol package is the Deluxe Package. This program covers most non-alcoholic beverages, such as specialty coffees and teas, soda, sports drinks, freshly squeezed juices, and sparkling and still water. Of course, it also includes most alcoholic beverages. The plan covers all beer, wine, and cocktails up to $13. This package entitles cruisers to all Classic and Premium cocktails on the standard menu, as well as most of the specialty drinks at the onboard bars. Almost all beers are included in the package from the English Pub and other restaurants and bars. Most glasses of wine cost around $10, so the Royal Caribbean Deluxe Drink Package should cover most wine lovers' selections. If a beverage is more than this allotment, cruisers need to pay the difference, plus the 18% service charge on that differential. Depending on how much you pay for the package and your drinking habits, you will need to consume between 6-10 beverages to break even on this Royal Caribbean Drink Package. So, all you can decide if the drink package is worth it. ------ ROYAL CARIBBEAN NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINK PACKAGES------ The Classic Soda package includes soda from bars, restaurants, and lounges. It does not include cans of soda or purchases from the mini-bar or room service. Cruisers do get a souvenir soda cup that can be used at these locations. Many Royal Caribbean cruise ships also have Coke Freestyle machines which offer over 100 soda and beverage combinations. Depending on how much you paid for this package, you will need to drink around 5 glasses of soda a day to break even on the Classic Soda Package. There is also the Royal Refreshment Package. This package is an upgrade to the Soda package. Along with soda, this plan covers bottles of sparkling and still water, sports drinks, specialty coffees and lattes, fresh squeezed juices, and non-alcoholic frozen beverages. Essentially, this Royal Caribbean beverage package is ideal for individuals looking for more options, but donβt consume alcohol. ------GET MORE DETAILS ON ROYAL CARIBBEAN DRINK PACKAGES------ https://eatsleepcruise.com/2015/03/royal-caribbean-drink-packages-review/ ------TRENDING VIDEOS FROM EAT SLEEP CRUISE------ ο Latest Cruise Cancellations from All Cruise Lines: https://youtu.be/ky5g-Q_Ct58 ο Top New Cruise Ships 2021: https://youtu.be/XtqW0X5GrGE ο ALL Changes Coming to Royal Caribbean: https://youtu.be/e0HeCvB28jU Make sure to SUBSCRIBE to our channel above to get the latest cruise tips, cruise reviews, packing guides, port guides, travel tips, and more.
