Depends on which Royal Caribbean cruise ship ship you're on, there are various places offering snack food. See two lesser known places with free snacks- Boardwalk Donuts and Vitality Spa Café. These were from our early 2023 cruise on the Allure of the Seas. Boardwalk Donuts is available daily from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, but is unfortunately only found on the Allure of the Seas nowadays, as other Oasis-class ships now have the Playmakers arcade in its stead. The Vitality Café is found on all the Oasis-class ships, and does offer a few complimentary snacks. It is located inside the ship's spa area, and is open daily from 6AM to 7PM. You will also see the Vitality Café drinks menu, which are extra cost unless you have a beverage package, which include smoothies and fresh juices. You can also get Starbucks coffee here too.
