Passengers do not have to dress up for this however the staff are elegantly presented. They offer tea, herbal tea, or even coffee plus fancy, small sandwiches, sweets, and of course scones with whipped cream and jam. The tea and snacks are a welcome 9th meal of the day but the best part of afternoon tea is visiting with other passengers in a quiet and formal environment. This is an activity everyone should experience at least once every cruise!
