Hi Everyone, 😊 We arrived last night in the amazing Singapore once again on our way home from Japan; it is one of our favorite destinations and we always try and stay for couple of days even if it is not direct flight. It is faster and less airtime to fly direct to Japan or Europe, but what is the fun in that. Singapore still offers free transit tour if your layover flight is more than four hours. Our first day this time is spent wandering around near our Hotel 1900, which is great as we booked hotel in China town. China Town in Singapore is awesome, the shopping, sights and food is yummy. Full walk, Sri Mariamman Hindu Temple and Budda Tooth Relic Temple. This afternoon we are headed to Marina Bay Sands Skypark, surrounds and shopping center, catching The Spectra Light show (next Vlog). I will do a separate vlog on each area of Gardens by the bay in great detail including Super Trees and the light show, Cloud Forest, Flower Dome and Floral Fantasy. Make sure you always check availability of these exhibits before leaving home and buy tickets accordingly, we had planned to visit Gardens by the bay on 5th September, Floral Fantasy was closed for 2 weeks until 5th September, so we delayed our visit by one day to 6th September to coincide with new opening times. I will talk more about each event with each vlog.
