Tropical Storms Josephine and Kyle in the Atlantic, and 4 in the Pacific. Tropical Storm Kyle formed off the coast of the U.S. yesterday while Tropical Storm Josephine lost speed and continued on its westward journey as forecasters expect it to begin turning north in the upper Atlantic over the weekend. None of the Pacific storms are expected to have significant land interaction. Also today: Carnival to reuse parts from scrapped ships; Cayman Islands bans cruise ships until 2021; Costa September sailings for only Italian passengers; and UK travel ban of France.
