We've heard complaints about the food, service, entertainment, crowds, the condition of the ship and even claims that Princess Cruises just isn't what it used to be. But are those complaints fair? In this video, we're taking a closer look at the biggest complaints we've heard about Sky Princess and sharing what we've actually experienced after living aboard the ship for months. Some of the complaints we agree with. Some we think are exaggerated. And there are plenty of things we think Sky Princess gets right.
