Sorrento's is the included pizza restaurant on Royal Caribbean ships. It is also open late, usually until 2 or 3 am. I have not personally been up that late to find out. It is a super popular place, as it is usually very full from opening, around lunch time, until closing. Some people seem only to eat here for most of their meals. I wanted to give you my impressions. The recipe has changed from when I first tried it. It used to be thicker and chewier. It is much thinner and crispier when prepared with time and not in a rush. The underside has nice burned marks, the crust is crunchy and just enough cheese. It is pretty good. They had three types during my sailing on Symphony of the Seas. Cheese, pepperoni, and veggie. Enjoy.
