Creator's Key Takeaways

Isn't that water behind me beautiful the way the sun's reflecting from the blue of the sky reflected down into the water?

Viking was really good to give us maps as we were leaving the ship.

It was a beautiful city. Lots of churches, lots of old buildings, neat shops to look in, bakeries for the pretzel.

I hope all of your journeys are pleasant ones.

About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Descriptionโ†“

I will take you with me on my included walking tour of Speyer, Germany during our Viking River Cruise from Amastedam to Basel. I'll show you some of the area around which our ship docked, and see the fascinating Speyer Cathedral, the statue of the 8 emperor ghosts and the ferryman, the Jakobspilger statue, the Reformed Church, and the clock tower with the "Speyer Shoe." Our walking tour stopped in the middle of the town and we were given free time to explore on our own.
