Welcome back to Royal Caribbean's Star of the Seas. We're on a 7-night cruise to the Eastern Caribbean and today we're in St. Maarten! In St. Maarten we have an excursion that we booked on the Shore Excursions Group. This is a 2 Beach Day excursion that goes to Orient Beach and the World Famous Maho Beach, also known as the Airport Beach. We start out day at Orient Beach and enjoy some food and drinks at the Pirate's Hideout before relaxing and swimming in a spectacular and pretty beach. We then head to Maho Beach where Jets fly really close overhead and the water is crystal clear. This could be the best excursion we've ever done! Back on the ship we try Basecamp in Thrill island and a few drinks on the pool deck before getting ready for our dinner at an elegant dining experience themed to prohibition era Chicago, Lincoln Park Supper Club. We review Lincoln Park Supper Club course by course and drink by drink and let you know what we thought of this amazing venue. After dinner we try more of the bars that Star of the Seas has to offer before ending the night at the nightclub.
