I am not sure we would have been refunded had the Tour operator we spoke with over the phone had not called and confirmed the captain was a no show. In the chat and on the phone Shoreexcursioneer said we were cancelling last minute and that was not refundable no matter how many times we explained we were standing at the meeting point and there was no one there. It was frustrating and time consuming, I credit the Tour operator for getting us our refund. We ended up taking a taxi to Copacabana Beach club and purchased a day pass for $10 per person. Had a GREAT time! Dominica turned into Martinique - Walked around the port, no shore excursion. In Dominica we had a whale watching tour with Princess , Whale & Dolphin Watching Scenic Cruise- it was refunded. St. Maarten turned into St. Kitts We had a shore excursion booked with Princess in St. Maarten but the port changed so it was refunded, Golden Eagle Catamaran Sail, Snorkel & Beach Break. We later booked with “Resort for a day” I posted our day on Instagram and AFTER we returned to the ship they reached out and gave me an affiliate link! We had a GREAT day!
