I was lucky enough to dine at The Catch by Rudi onboard Sun Princess during her inaugural sailing – and what an experience it was! 🦞🍷 For just $39pp, this speciality seafood restaurant quickly became my favourite spot onboard. I’d previously enjoyed The Catch on Sky Princess, so my expectations were high – and I wasn’t disappointed. In fact, this time was even more special, as I had a surprise visit from the man behind the concept himself, Chef Rudi Sodamin. It was such a pleasure to chat with someone so passionate about his craft. While the menu is still being developed (and not quite as extensive as Sky Princess yet), the dishes were spot on, with plenty of choice and even vegetarian options available.
