Sydney to Vancouver in Economy with Qantas and Air New Zealand

Let's fly from Sydney to Vancouver the LONG way, with a short transit in Auckland. We'll fly in economy on a Qantas 737 before switching to Air New Zealand's Boeing 787-9 V4 where we'll try the airline's Economy Stretch product.
