Highlights of a motorcoach excursion in Syros through Regent Seven Seas Venice to Athens route. Oct 29, 2023 @seniorsolotravel Senior Solo Travel Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/443309331791413 Solo Travelers: As with almost all of Greece and its islands, crime is low and you can feel safe traveling on your own. Senior Travelers: The churches required a bit of stairs and uneven surfaces, but were fairly easy to navigate. The bus ride only had the one stop at the candy factory. My advice for other travelers is to visit the Church of St George and then stay in the port area and enjoy the cafes and shops. There are some museums you can look for if you are interested.
