We visited the beautiful Taino Bay cruise port located in San Felipe de Puerto Plata, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic! This is the Dominican Republic’s newest cruise port which opened in December of 2021 and the NCL Encore was one of the first ships to dock. We explored the many shops, amazing pool area with live music, bars, and restaurants before giving you a sneak peek of where the cruise port extension will occur in 2022! Although we didn’t take a tour, we heard from many guests about their great experience exploring the island. We hope to come back to this beautiful island very soon!
