Originally from Liverpool, me (Andrew The KnightStrider) and Laura moved to Tenerife in the Canary Islands 6 years ago, and enjoy showcasing the island and our general life as well as travelling abroad when we can! Join me and Laura today for a full Beach Day! Relaxing, sunbathing, swimming and soaking up the beautiful beach atmosphere. Playa El Camison beach was given fresh new sand during the lockdown and it has really payed off making it a wonderful beach to visit and giving it easy access to enter the water without the rocks it used to have. With beautiful clear waters attracting wildlife and fish, it was very clean with a life guard on duty. We even had a Cruise Ship join us for the day in the distance off the coast. This video will show you just how wonderful Tenerife beaches really are-including drone footage showing just how clear and beautiful the Atlantic Ocean is and some shots of the Arts Centre that is being built next to the beach. The surrounding hotels which can be seen in the drone footage, Cleopatra Palace and the Mare-Nostrum, are both still closed at the moment (April 2021). The weather was a steady 24 degrees in the sunshine, so nice and comfortable! We rented sunbeds which cost us €3 each and €6 for the sun parasol which an official worker came to collect and receipts were given.
