Who says every Disney vacation has to be spent in the parks? This day is all about slowing down and enjoying everything else Walt Disney World has to offer. I sleep in after my travel day, head over to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort for an awesome lunch (yes, the nachos are worth the trip!), sip an iced coffee, and spend more time soaking in the incredible savanna views at Animal Kingdom Lodge. As the sun goes down, it's off to Disney Springs for a relaxing evening filled with great food at The Edison, shopping, and maybe one too many boxes of special marshmallows coming home with me. Sometimes the best Disney days are the ones with no park ticket at all.
